To maintain the manufacturers three-year warranty on parts the equipment should be covered by a maintenance agreement taken out within the first three months of installation. Regular maintenance ensures the long term performance of the equipment. Planned maintenance customers receive priority action in emergency breakdown situations. Programmed maintenance clients are able to call out BRS service engineers on a 24/7 basis. As part of the service procedure all aspects of the installation are inspected and, should any additional work be identified, a fully costed written estimate is submitted prior to works commencing.
